As one who desires to see people and organizations thrive financially, Denika began a career in wealth management. She has a passion for helping people secure their financial future and employs various investment as well as “retirement readiness and preparedness” strategies to do so.

Denika specializes in assisting affluent/ high net-worth individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations by introducing them to the wealth management experience. As an investment management maven with the mission of becoming the trusted partner to all clients, she employs a disciplined process that focuses on the needs of the client. Her mission is to be the trusted partner who provides clients with the confidence that she will execute a plan to address their needs and the comfort that they have a trusted ally who vigilantly puts their needs first.  Denika believes that clients should thoroughly understand the strategy being executed to address their goals and as such she educates clients along the way. This belief also supports one of our biggest passions, which is educating and empowering investors through public speaking, which she does frequently upon request for corporations, financial regulatory organizations, non-profit organizations, etc.

Denika believes that one must “study to show thyself approved” as such she acquired a career of broad knowledge, training, experience and expertise from a career of many years at a major Wall Street investment company. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM  designations. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science in which she graduated magna cum laude. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Denika is an inducted member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society and a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership class of 2010.

Active in her community, Denika participates in various civic and non-profit community endeavors. She is a past member of the board of directors for several non-profit organizations to include the Bon Secours Health System Foundation, the Elijah Cummings Youth Program, the Finance Advisory Board at The University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore.

Denika is very passionate about life and strives everyday to achieve her goal of living the best and most fulfilled life attainable.
